Return Policy

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

• The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
• In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return shipping fees , order must be in its original state (unused / unopened).
• In the event that the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please provide us with a picture showing its condition via the WhatsApp service so that we can start the necessary procedures.

Payment methods:

• Kuwait: Cash On Delivery / Credit Card / Debit Card.
• Outside Kuwait: Credit Card/ Debit Card Only.

Return period:

• Harakat’s Account - 24 hours
• Bank transfer in Kuwait - 3 to 5 working days.
• International bank transfers - 5 to 7 working days.
